The river is within its banks and flowing and the fish are biting like crazy – blue cats and a few flat heads. You can even catch fish from the bank on rod and reel.

We are open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Closed Sundays and Mondays until next snagging season.

Crappie are on the brush piles. If you find the right one it is absolutely loaded. We sat on one in about 20 ft. of water and caught two limits in about 20 minutes

I used a 1/16 oz. pink jig head with 1 – 1 1/4 inch plastic with some purple in it. I usually use a pink jig head.

The lake is 5.29 ft. high at 82 degrees.
