Most people are deer hunting. Those that are fishing are catching blue cats and flatheads on bank poles and trot lines and even some on rod and reel. Baits are perch, gold fish, bullheads and carp. Most guys don’t want any more fish because they don’t want to clean them. The limit on blue cats is 10, the limit on flatheads in five. There’s a slot limit on blue cats.

The weather is warm particularly in the middle of the day.

The river is still low so the boat ramp is open.

We are open from 9 a.m. untill 5:30 p.m. Closed Sundays and Mondays untill next snagging season.
