Spoonbilling is slow because the river is not running. Catfshing is good on throw lines and rod and reel. They are catching blue cats. I haven’t heard of any flatheads.. The limit on blue cats is 10, the limit on flatheads is five. There’s a slot limit on blues cats.
We are open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. six days a week, Sundays 10 – 1.

It’s been a slow week. The weather got a little
bit cooler. I don’t know if it’s the fish or the fishermen.
They are not running water this week and won’t next week. They are doing some maintenance at the dam.
We are open Monday thru Saturday 9-6 and Sundays 9-5.

Last week walleye were hitting at 24 ft. on bottom bouncers tipped with live bait. I heard walleye are biting along the dam. They are still in deep water. They haven’t come into the coves yet.
We are open 9 – 4 for the next couple of weeks then we’ll change.
