The boat ramp is open. The river is down to about 2 ft. above normal.

They caught a 62 lb. flathead on a trotline, a 54 and a 40 and lots of smaller flatheads and blue cats..

We are open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Caplinger Woods

They are catching catfish off the bridge and the usual drum and bluegill. No crappie. They caught one bass.

They are running water every day. It gets here about 1 p.m.

We serve biscuits and gravy on Saturday and Sunday from when we open at 9 a.m. until we run out.

We charge $5.49 for biscuit and gravy.

We are open Monday thru Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 9-5.

Orleans Trail

We are open Monday-Thursday 8-5; Friday-Saturday 7-7; Sunday 7-5.

The lake is over 8.16 feet above pool. Water temp is 82 degrees.

I’m seeing lots of walleye. I saw eight boats yesterday bring their limits to the cleaning table. Nice looking fish. They are hitting bottom bouncers tipped with a live red worm fished in a slow drag on flats and points.
