Fishing Report

Taberville Report

Dains Fish Farm
We had heavy thunder all night but only got an inch to an inch and a half of rain.
The river is running bank full. Boats can use the launching ramp.
Fishermen (and women) are catching flathead and blue cats on rod and reel.
They are catching fish from the bank at Schell. It’s awfully muddy at Taberville.

Lake Stockton report

Sounds like they are catching some walleye. They are not on the rocky points. They are more on the gravel.
They are coming in with crappie, too.
The lake was going the right direction, then we got this rain (all night and today – Saturday). It’s coming up on the road a little bit so we might be doing all right.

Caplinger Mills report

There’s people fishing off the bridge in the rain today (Saturday), They are catching crappie, white bass and and occasional walleye. The shad are coming back.
