Fishing is good on trotline and rod and reel. The river is back in its banks with some current. Mostly blue cats are biting. Trotline is best baited with perch and shad. Goldfish work, too, on trottline and rod and reel. Lots of people fishing,.

Catfish are biting at 24 ft. on fish heads. I guess people are cutting up smaller fish they catch. More people are boating than are fishing.
