Snaggers at Taberville are only hooking 12 and 15 inch fish according to Dains Fish Farm. The Osage is in the parking lot at Taberville and coming up fast.

Trish Yasger, MDC spoonbill specialist, said snaggers were having some success at Table Rock Lake, but she didn’t know if they still were.

She said the fish have not made it to the Warsaw area yet but are still way down river.

She said Warsaw has announced it will close the Bledsoe Launch on March 27 because of Caronavirus concerns.

She speculated that spoonbills may have made it to the Horseshoe Bend area below Osceola but cautioned boaters to beware of all the trash in the water with the lake still coming up fast.

The marina at Stockton State Park has not seen many fish or fishermen probably because of virus concerns.
