Division 126 of the American Bass Anglers AFT will hold the Stockton Lake Championship tournament June 24-25. Anglers must qualify for this event by fishing a minimum of four 1-day tournaments in any AFT Division.

The event will begin Saturday, June 24, at Old State Park where registration, sign-in and partner draw will take place. Day-1 weigh-in will be shortly after 2:00 p.m. at Old State Park. The Championship will conclude Sunday, June 25, with final weigh-in beginning shortly after 2 p.m.

There will be an awards ceremony following the final weigh-in. A D126 Angler of the Year and a D126 Championship of the Year will be awarded prizes, plaques and cash. Many other awards will be presented to the anglers as prizes have been donated from local businesses including Pete’s Convenient Stores, Antlers Ridge, Albers Marine, Ken’s Kafe, Happy O’s Resort, www.theoutboarddoctor.com, and Legacy Farm & Lawn.

The D126 AOY will be invited to compete against approximately 40 other AOY from across the nation at the ABA National Championship to be held Oct. 18-21 at Monroe, LA, on the Ouchita River. The winning AOY gets a completely rigged TR21; the Championship winner also gets a completely rigged TR21. More information about this event can be found at www.americanbassanglers.com.
