Todd Clayton discussed road along their property; they are willing to pay half of the gravel expense if county jail pay half and grade road.
Assessor Leah Morton presented weekly court orders dated Aug. 18 – Aug. 22, 2025.
Collector Lisa Nelson presented court orders 122608-122628.
Met with Road and Bridge Supervisor.
State Auditor’s Office agreed its allowable for county to pay back tax overage instead of rolling back the tax levy.
Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Recovery Court for use of Opioid Funds.
Signed contract with CIC for additional 24 hours of assistance.
