9:42 a.m. Thornton signed MDS Contract for the Recorders Office
10:00 a.m. Collector LisaNelson presented weekly Court Orders numbers 123275-123302
11:36 a.m. Anderson moved to approve ballot language for the Sales Tax continuation, Alumbaugh seconded the move, the move passed unanimously with Thornton voting yes as well.

10:45 a.m. Anderson moved to approve the $1,084,277.21 transfer out of the General Revenue Fund to the Jail fund effective 12.31.25 to zero out the Jail Fund for budget year 2025. Alumbaugh seconded the move, the move passed unanimously

2:00 p.m. Discussion on budgets, Alumbaugh voted to approve the 2026 budget, Anderson seconded the move, the move passed unanimously with Thomton voting yes as well.
