9:00 a.m. Collector LisaNelson presented weekly court order numbers 124148-124167

9: 10 a.m. Assessor Leah Morton presented weekly report

9:15 a.m. Bill and Betty Pitts, 1491 RD, house fire at the end of the road, andno clean up has been done, discussion about Missouri’s Attractive Nuisance Law.

9:33 a.m. Sheriff James McCrary presented weekly report with inmate count of 29, Dispatch training is still going well, McCrary said they are about halfway through the dispatch training.

10:05 a.m. Mikayla Neil with MU Extension Office presented monthly update

11:30 a.m. Greg Williams with Higginbotham with Work Comp renewal

1 :00 p.m. DJ Ford Road and Bridge Supervisor presented weekly update

1:30 p.m. Zach Lollar presented the deed for Family Cemetery;

A Tract of land situated in the W-112 SW Vi of Section 32, Township 35 North, Range 26 West of the Fifth

Principal Meridian, Cedar County, Missouri

A forementioned deed was accepted by the County Commission to be recorded as a Family Cemetery

Pursuant to MO Revised Statute 214.090

10:45 a.m. Darren Woods with Emery Sapp and Sons, Asphalt plant right next to Bailey Quarries, wanting permission to pave the curve for dust control, Commission stated would like a memorandum of understanding and will revisit

1:30 p.m. Thornton signed Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant for Cedar County Health Department
