The following misdemeanors have been disposed in Cedar County.

The Cedar County Commission met February 8, 2021. Present were: Marlon Collins,  Presiding Commissioner, Don Boultinghouse, Northern Commissioner; Ted Anderson, Southern Commissioner; Kendra Householder, Deputy County Clerk.

Requests to process court order #26342-26365, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed county roads & maintenance.

Met with Sheriff James McCrary

Received a call from Judy Nichols concerning Caplinger Bridge

Review of monthly reports Cedar County Health Department

Met with Paul Long, Ollis/Akers/Arney Insurance & Business Advisors

Discussed current insurance coverage and what our future needs are.

Met with Sheriff James McCrary

Training for the new body scanner is scheduled for March.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed county roads & maintenance.

Reviewed monthly reports for Cedar County Health Department and Sheriff’s Office.

Bills and payroll were approved.

Completed 30 minutes of the 20 hours of commission training videos required per year. These don’t have to be completed in the commission session but if time allows they will do so as a group.
