ST V NANCY HILAH GUERRA, EL DORADO SPRINGS, driver/front seat passenger fail to war properly adjusted/fastened safety belt. Defendant sentenced to fine $10.

ST V ROBERT ALLEN HALDEMAN III, exceeded posted speed limit by 20-25 mph. Defendant sentenced to fine $155.50 and court cost.
