• RP stated he received text messages from subject who is planning on committing suicide.  Officers spoke to subject and he has no plans on harming himself and friends are staying the night.  No report.

• RP reported a C&I driver on Hwy B west of Cedar Creek Bridge.  Subject went through a fence into the field.  Clear, no report.

Traffic stops:

• Hwy 32 and Galyan Stockton.  Citation issued to Justin Ball for speeding.

• Patricia Ave Eldo.  Warning for speeding.

• South and Locust Stockton.  Warning for registration.

Traffic stops:

• Sac St Stockton.  Warning for not having plates on vehicle.

• Ward and Walnut Stockton.   Warning for stop sign.

• 1451 north of 1120 Stockton.  Citation issued to Holly Jones for no front plate.  Search denied.

• RP stated girlfriend wouldn’t let daughter leave on 2101 Rd.  Officer advised her she couldn’t keep her there because father had full custody.

• RP stated his son assaulted him on 752 Rd Stockton.  Hit him several times with hands and then hit him with a rock in the face.  RP refused medical care.   Clear report taken.

• RP stated he was the Chief of Police of Fair Play.  Requested a check on 1425 Rd Eldo.  Subject has warrants for Fair Play and Polk County.  Negative contact.

• Officer out on Fields Eldo for a welfare check.  Contact made.

Traffic stops:

• Patrick Decker arrested for multiple active warrants by Woody’s Stockton.

• Hwy C just inside Barton County Line.  Advised Barton County.  Tow service called.  Deanna Arnold and Jason Arnold arrested.

• Drive off reported at Woodys Stockton.  Angela McGinnis arrested.

• Welfare check requested for grandmother on Allison Eldo.  Phone is broke.  Code 4  HBO

• Officer out on motorist assistance on Hwy 32 and CC Stockton.  Vehicle was over heating.  Officer went to get water and got vehicle going.  HBO

• Officer reported abandoned vehicle on Hwy B by Cedar Creek Bridge Jerico.  HBD

• Hwy 32 and 1360.   Warning for speeding and equipment.

• Suspicious person walking the streets in Jerico flashing lights in abandoned houses.  Negative contact by officer.

• RP reported kids screaming inside building where no one lives on 2191.   Per officer, children were playing.

• C&I driver reported on east Hwy 32 by Cedar Creek Bridge.  Speeding and passing in no passing lanes.  HBO

• RP claimed her things were stolen on Allison Eldo.  Later decided nothing was taken.  HBO

• Main and Joe Davis.  William Denning arrested.

• By Stockton Walk in clinic.  Warning for not displaying plates properly.

• Hwy 32 and H Bear Creek.  4 citations issued to Justin McCown.

• Officer reported he was out looking at a suspicious vehicle on 724.  No report.

• RP requested that an officer ask several teens in the Woods parking lot to leave.  HBO

• Officer out on follow up on 1656 Rd Stockton.  No contact.  Left message.

• RP came into CCSO to report ex-husband has broken his ex-parte by contacting her through a dating website.

• RP reported that he’d repossessed a truck and when cleaning it out on Ward Stockton, he found a meth pipe and wanted an officer to come and pick it up.  HBO

• Officer out on follow up on Hwy 54 Eldo.  No contact

• RP reported that someone had left tires and several bags of trash at the Pankey Cemetery Stockton.  HBO

• Burglary alarm going off at Hammons Plant.   Employee accidentally hit it.   Code 4  HBO

• RP stated he heard banging and yelling from his neighbor on Maplewood Stockton.  He tried to contact her and asked for an officer.  Officer made entry through a window and the female had fallen and hurt her arm and hit her head.  Taken by ambulance to CMH Bolivar.  HBO

• Received welfare check request on 541 Rd Eldo.   Could not locate anyone.

• C&I driver reported on Hwy J Stockton.  Unfounded.

• Crawford County requested assistance in locating subject involved in single car accident and left the vehicle abandoned.  Subject appears to reside on Hwy 32 Stockton.  Unable to make contact with anyone at residence.   Report taken.

• Officer out doing building check at Allisons Eldo.  Building is secure.

• RP request welfare check on 1656 Rd.  RP receives messages stating he wants to commit suicide.  He also carries a Glock on his hip.  Officer did make contact but subject would not come to the door but does say he’s not suicidal.  HBO
