• RP call out of Jerico to report a theft at her dads house. RP not sure of missing items as of call. Stated they had no trespassing signs up and game cameras.  Deputy dispatched and took statement.

• RP call out of Eldo to report a theft of a jewelry box. Deputy dispatched and report taken.

• Rp at Stockton Library call to report a suspicious person that had a knife and was poking it into things and RP stated she was concerned for her safety. Deputy dispatched and made contact with the male subject. Situation clear; handled by officer.

• Traffic stop on Lee Hopkins Drive Stockton.  Citation issued.

• Traffic stop by Stockton City Park. Consent to search given and drug paraphernalia located. Citation issued for C&I.

• RP at A and A Storage reported the break in of 6 storage bldgs. Deputy dispatched and report taken.

• MVA at RB and 39 Hwy. Deputy dispatched. Minor and Non-injury. Report taken.

• RP at Cedar Co. courthouse called to report a domestic disturbance. Deputy at the courthouse advised everything was clear and was bringing a subject over to the jail. Jennifer Ervin was arrested and booked for contempt of court.

• RP in Jerico called to report a suspicious black Mustang driving by his house multiple times. Dispatch added address to extra patrol list.

• RP in Eldo call to report a suspicious white Ford parked at Allisons gas station with headlights off. Deputy dispatched. Male subject was contacted and told to leave

• Traffic stop Hwy 32 and Carman in Eldo. Warning issued for headlights.

• Warrant served in Eldo. Chasity Lorraine Curtis arrested without incident and transported to CCSO jail.

• Traffic stop on Hwy 32 and SAC River Supply in Stockton. Warning issued

• Traffic stop by Simmons Bank. Warning issued for a headlight out.

• Traffic stop at Caseys in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment.

• Traffic stop in Enriques parking lot. Warning issued for equipment.

Sunday 07/18/2021

• Traffic stop at Stables in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment/ license plate light.

• Traffic stop at Woods in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment.

• RP in Stockton reported that she was hearing gunshots. Deputy dispatched and only thing he saw was a truck speeding off and sound could have been backfire from truck.

• Traffic stop of vehicle from last call. Deputy confiscated marijuana and wax. Deputy also determined subjects truck was truck RP heard earlier that was making loud backfires.

• RP in Stockton called to request a welfare check on a male subject at Hwy 39 and Old Gravel Pit on the west side of the road that was just sitting in the ditch. Deputy dispatched and made contact with subject and then made contact with his wife to come pick him up.

• RP called Eldo P.D. to report his house being broken into while out of town. Call transferred to CCSO dispatch. Deputy dispatched to pick up list of stolen items and stolen vehicle. Vehicle entered into system.

Monday 07/19/2021

• Traffic stop on Jackson and Marshall in Eldo. Matthew John Richards, Tory Beth Richards, and Robert Gholson all had warrants and were arrested, transported and booked into CCSO jail.

• RP in Stockton reported a theft of a firearm from his vehicle. Deputy dispatched and report taken.

Tuesday 07/20/2021

• RP in Stockton called for help with a large black snake on her kitchen counter. Deputy dispatched and removed snake for her.

• Traffic stop by city hall in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment.

• Traffic stop by east dam entrance in Stockton. Warning issued for speed.

• 911 call reported a white SUV following him and driving all over the road. It went to pass the RP on a blind hill and almost hit a dump truck head on.  Deputy dispatched to area but was unable to locate vehicle.

• RP in Stockton reported 2 juveniles riding their bicycles in the middle of J Hwy. and she almost hit them. Deputy dispatched but subjects were gone on arrival.

• RP in Stockton reported a male subject came into the store and tried to sell her jewelry and she knew a deputy was working on a stolen jewelry case and the subjects story about jewelry was strange. Deputy dispatched and made contact with male subject, and also a female subject rider. Subject gave consent to search vehicle. Jewelry was not same as deputy was looking for.

• Traffic stop by Hot Spot in Stockton. Caleb N. Wilson was arrested on revoked license and warrants from other counties. Deputies transported him to CCSO jail.

• 911 call from Masters Beach in Stockton reported an intoxicated female that was swimming from a boat to the beach. RP stated subject was yelling and screaming at other people. RP reported that there were children on the boat with subject. Deputy dispatched and made contact with the RP for more info. The boat and subjects were gone upon arrival of deputy.

• MVA at B Hwy and crossroad 16245 Jerico. Deputy, EMS and Fire dispatched. Injuries reported.

• Traffic stop by Sonic in Stockton. Citation issued for illegal paraphernalia.

• RP in Stockton reported a suspicious male walking up her driveway . Unknown by RP who the subject is and is scared. Deputy dispatched and made contact with subject and a female. Subjects stated they were just trying to let RP know that their car had broken down and were waiting for a ride.

• Traffic stop on College St. in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment.

• Traffic stop by the Sonic in Stockton. Warning issued.

• Traffic stop on J Hwy. and Lancaster Dr. Warning issued for no plates.

• Traffic stop on 54 and 1001 Rd. in Cedar Springs. Warning issued

• Traffic stop at w pine and 1st st. in Eldo. Warning issued for failure to maintain half of roadway.

• Traffic stop on S Hwy 32 Eldo. Warning issued for improper turn signal.

• Traffic stop by Caseys in Stockton. Warning issued for headlight out.

• MVA involving 2 vehicles, with injuries at 32 and RA Hwys in Fairplay. Deputy,EMS, and fire dispatched. RP reported that one vehicle didn’t stop and RP gave deputies description of a white truck with a missing drivers mirror, heading E on 32. Polk Co. advised.

• Traffic stop at 215 and 1425 in Stockton. Warning issued for registration.

• Traffic stop on M and 32 in Stockton. Warning issued for equipment.

• Traffic stop at 1724 and 39 in Stockton. Warning issued for lane violation and speed.

• Traffic stop at South and Pine in Stockton. Iris Lucille Chrisenberry arrested on a Barton Co. warrant and transported to CCSO jail.

• Traffic stop at Country Corner Café in Stockton. Warning issued for lane violation.

• Traffic stop at Caplinger Mills. Search consent given. Citation issued for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no plates.

Thursday 07/22/2021

• RP in Eldo reported that there was a Jeep and another vehicle parked in front of his grain bin and the Jeep had a flat tire and was damaged in the front. RP stated there was a female knocking on his door wanting to use a phone. Deputy dispatched and made contact with subjects and vehicle was towed.

• Traffic stop on Bryant and Richter in Stockton. Warning issued for registration.

• RP on 39 Hwy reported a male subject carrying a bag was walking down the highway, yelling and screaming and waving his arms. He then threw the bag into the woods and walked into the woods across from RP’s property. Deputy dispatched and made contact with the subject. Christopher Christensen was arrested and transported to CCSO jail.

• Traffic stop at 1st Beach at Stockton Lake. Deputy advised vehicle to leave due to area being closed.
