This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 29, 2023 through September 4, 2023

August 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 740 Private Road in Osceola for a report of a body found. Subject is unknown. Investigation ongoing.

August 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Justin Woods at the Greene County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

August 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Amber Black at the Vernon County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Passing Bad Check. Bond is $2,500 cash surety.

August 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast Highway 13 in Collins for suspicious activity.

August 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 1021 Road in Osceola for a check the well-being. Subject was found deceased.

August 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 601 Road in Osceola for a disturbance. Subjects were separated.

September 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 131 Road in Osceola for a disturbance. Individuals were separating and subject gathered belongings.

September 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Ryan Russell at the Fulton Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant for Stealing. Bond is $5,000 cash only.

September 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to WW Highway in Osceola for a report of assault. Report was taken.

September 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies took a report of property damage at the Osceola Rodeo grounds. Report was taken.

September 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East Burbank Street in Appleton City for a disturbance. Subjects separated for the evening.

September 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies took a report of property damage at the Osceola Rodeo grounds. Report was taken.

September 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 671 Road in Osceola for a domestic assault. Andrew Davis was arrested and taken to the St. Clair County Sheriffs Office for a book and release.

September 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to WW Highway in Osceola for a domestic assault. St. Clair County deputies arrested Kevin Davis on charges of Domestic Assault-3rd Degree.

September 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Private Road in Lowry City for property damage. Report taken.

September 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Northeast 781 Road and C Highway. Subject had multiple lane violations. Deputies arrested Tommy Graham for possession of controlled substance. Tommy was released to the jail staff with charges pending.

September 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway CC in Osceola for a theft. Items stolen were boxes of glassware.

September 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 301 Road in Lowry City in regards to a motor vehicle accident. Subject fled the scene.  Subject later turned himself in at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

September 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 400 Road in Osceola for suspicious activity.

September 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 82 Highway in Eldorado Springs for a report of theft. Items stolen were household items. Report was taken.

September 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 5oth Road in Osceola in regards to stolen property. Item stolen was a motorcycle seat. Report was taken.

September 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest Appleton Street in Roscoe for a report of theft. Item stolen was a window AC unit. Item was recovered later that day.

September 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies took a report of a stolen debit card from the Blackjack Conservation area.

September 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies found a Missouri license plate at the Roscoe boat ramp.

September 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies found a Missouri license plate near the lake on Northeast 1270 Road.

September 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 4th Street in Appleton City for a report of subject possibly selling/giving away stolen property. Deputies determined the property belonged to the suspect.

September 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Clayton Caswell for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Clayton was transported to St. Clair County jail for a book and release pending formal charges.

September 10, 2023-St. Clair County deputies responded to West 4th Street in Lowry City for a domestic assault. Marquis Dortch was arrested and charges pending for Domestic Assault- 3rd Degree.

September 10, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to C Street in Osceola for a report of property damage. Report was taken and the case was forwarded to Osceola PD.

September 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Austin Ragle at the St. Joseph Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant on his charge for Resisting Arrest. Bond is $5,000 cash only.

September 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Kaci Heinimann at the Henry County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession Controlled Substance. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.
