• Suspicious people reported on S 1495 Rd with a bonfire.  No one is supposed to be there.  Handled by officer.

• Stockton Lake Storage reported possibly person living in one of the units.  Units checked out and 3 were open.  Handled by officer.

• ADT reported alarm on Hwy N Humansville.  Handled by officer.

• MSHP requested agency assist at Woods Stockton.  Domestic dispute.   Parties separated.

• Trespasser reported on High St Stockton.  Suspect trying to get his property.

• Officer reported he was out on agency assist on Vern Ave Stockton. 

• Suspicious noises heard outside residence on E Hwy 215 Stockton.  Checked out and nothing found but would like officer to check.    Handled by officer.

• Received call of a C&I driver on Hwy 32 near Bear Creek.  Suspect passed on solid lines and almost hit another vehicle.  Brennan Murphy arrested with active warrant.

• Received request for welfare check on Hwy J.  Subject living without water or power. Contacted Ministerial Alliance to house subject and children.  Located place to stay.  Officer got pizza at Casey’s because they hadn’t eaten and then transported them to place to stay.

• Received call stating young child bitten by family dog that is not up to date with shots.  El Dorado.

• Vehicle in ditch on Hwy U and 32.   Will leave it there until tomorrow.

• MVA on Hwy 32 and 4th Stockton.  Rollover.  Samuel Bryant issued citation for no drivers’ license.  No injuries.

• Received call of a MVA 2 miles east of El Dorado on Hwy 54.  No injuries.  Transferred to other agency.

• ADT reported alarm on Hwy N.  Card holder contacted.  All is well.

• Polk County reported MVA on Hwy 32 and E 2000 Rd Fair Play.  Two citations issued.  Clear, report taken.

• Officer out at Lutheran Church Stockton.  Open door.  Attempting to make contact and secured door.

• Traffic stop at Hwy 32 and U El Dorado.  Warning given.

• Owner reported possible people living in storage units on Elizabeth and Dunlap Stockton.  Owner has given them 24 hours to vacate.  Handled by officer.

• Received a request for a welfare check on E 480 Rd Stockton.  Officer dispatched and all is well.

• Assault reported on E 274 Rd Stockton.  Caller cancelled request for officer stating one of the subjects left the premises.

• Received a call stating a pig was in the caller’s yard on Magdalena Stockton.  Dispatch contacted owner and owner is to get the pig.  By the way, pig’s name is Apple Pie.

• Federal Protection reported alarm at Woods Stockton.   Woods stated all is fine.

• ADT reported alarm on E 1550 Rd Jericho.  Owner stated all is fine.

• Theft reported on S 1825 Rd.   Claim made that neighbor cut down trees and removed without permission.  Negative contact made by officer.

• Disturbance reported on E 1656 Rd Stockton.  Caller stated someone trying to get into house. Officers responded and couldn’t get any response from residents.

• Theft reported on 1750 Rd Stockton.  ATV and sprayer taken.  Subject will be in to CCSO to file a statement.

• Received call that controlled substance was being made at residence on S 2069 Aldrich.  Earl Evans and Michelle Swan arrested for making controlled substance.

• Detective from Arizona reported possible pictures being sent on internet.   Pictures allegedly deleted and no charges to be filed by the subject here.    Clear, report taken.

• Received call of a dispute in Jericho.  Advised it was a civil matter and caller hung up on dispatch.

• Traffic stop on 700 Rd west of Hwy U El Dorado.  Warning given.

• ADT reported alarm going off on E Hwy N Stockton.  Attempted contact with owner.  Officer could not secure door.

• Received call that a pig was in the road on Hwy 32 and 950 Rd.  Gone when officer arrived.

• Received a call of a disturbance on SE 401 RD St Clair County.  Transferred to other agency.

• Motorist hit deer on Hwy 32 south of Hwy 215 Stockton.   Vehicle drivable, no injuries.  Deer injured and passerby put it down. 

• Received request for welfare check on S 1901 Rd.  Handled by officer and all is well.

• Cattle in roadway on Hwy 32 and A.  Unable to contact owner.  Gone when officer arrived.

• Theft reported on W Hwy 32.  Owner filed a statement and requested extra patrol.

• Federal Protection reported alarm going off at Hot Spot Stockton.  Accidental.

• Assault reported on S Hwy 32 Stockton.  Ricky Haynes arrested for active warrant.

• Suspicious person reported on 2000 Rd and 540 Rd Jericho.  Driving around and shooting guns.  Possibly poaching.  Gone when officer arrived.

• Traffic stop.  Waring given.

• Officer out with motorist assisting on Hwy CC and 675. 

• Traffic stop by Hot Spot Stockton.  Warning given.

• Received call stating trespasser on E Hwy B Jericho.  Owner has eviction papers and trespassers won’t leave.  Handled by officer.

• Theft reported on S Hwy 97 El Dorado.  Break in and checks stolen along with miscellaneous items.  Checks have been written around Nevada and suspect attempted to write a check at Simmons Bank and called owner.  Clear, report taken. 

• Officer out to serve papers on E Hwy B Jericho.

• Traffic stop by Superior Gearbox Stockton.  Warning given.

• Officer assisting released inmate.

• Motorist reported vehicle on road that looks like it hit a deer on Hwy N.  Gone when officer arrived.

• Suspicious vehicle parked in caller’s yard and may be hunting without permission on E 824 Rd.  Clear, no report.

• Traffic stop on S Jackson El Dorado.  Citation given to Richard Ruth for C&I.

• Property damage on West St Stockton.  Mail box has been hit 8 times since living there.  Handled by officer.

• Family dispute on E 2100 Jericho.  Alcohol and guns involved.  Handled by officer.
