In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Feb 19 – Officers responded to 302A South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a camera and an air purifier.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 19 –  Officers responded to 301 West Hickory concerning a reported Domestic Assault. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 20 – Arrests: Kenneth C. Cerny Jr. for Cedar County warrants, charging him with probation violation on the original charges of damage to jail property and domestic assault 3rd degree with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending a court appearance.

Feb 20 – Arrest: Benjamin L Griffith, 31, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear. He was released after a court appearance.

Feb 20 – Arrest: Roni R. Scott, 33, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County warrant, charging her with failure to appear on an original charge of passing a bad check. She was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending a court appearance.

Feb 20 – Arrest: Terry L Newton, 31, of Nevada, for a Vernon County warrant charging him with unlawful possession of a firearm with a $10,000.00 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Feb 20 – Arrest: Jimmy D. Webb, 32, of Rich Hill, for a Vernon County warrant charging him with unlawful possession of a firearm with a $10,000 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Feb 20 – Officers responded to 112 West Marshall concerning a reported domestic assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 21 –  arrest: Elizabeth A. Sehr, 52, El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County warrant, charging her with stealing over $750 with a $1,500.00 cash only bond. She was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Feb 21 – Officers responded to 311 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of medications and a cell phone. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 21 – Arrest: Angela R. Sieleman, 56, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County warrant, charging her with failure to appear on an original charge of stealing with a $500 cash only bond. She was transferred to the Vernon County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Feb 21 – Arrest: Traven T. Buxton, 18, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with defective equipment and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Feb 21 – Arrest: Gavin W. Reed, 18, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Feb: 23 – Arrest” John R. Herndon, 20, of El Dorado Springs, for a Bates County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance with a $25,000 bond. He was transferred to the Vernon County jail pending bond or transfer to Bates County.

Feb 23 – Officers responded to 119 West Walnut concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a 50 ft walnut tree. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

Feb 25 – Officers responded to 312 West Hwy 54, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.
