In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Aug 15  – Officers responded to 220 North Main concerning a reported burglary. Investigation continues.

Aug 16,- Arrest: Randy R. Craig, 58, El Dorado Springs, on Polk County warrant charging him with passing bad checks with a cash bond of $700. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Aug 17- Officers responded to 301 East Gentry concerning a reported peace disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Diamond L. Marshall, 18, El Dorado Springs, charging her with peace disturbance. She was released on summons pending court appearance.

Aug 19 – Officers responded to 500 South Main concerning a report of found property. Investigation resulted in the arrest of David W. Tyndall, 44, El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending pcourt appearance.

Officers of the El Dorado Springs Police Department served a search warrant at 504 East Fields, Lot D-16, after receiving information concerning illegal drug activity. Officers located and seized illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia as evidence. Investigation resulted in the arrests of Devin Coale, 49, and Aaron W. Plummer, 34, El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of possession of a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a public nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers completed probable cause statements for the charges. Officers received Cedar County warrants charging Coale and Plummer with a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance with bonds of $10,000. They were transported to the Cedar County jail pending bond and court appearance.

Arest: Tyler P. Poore, 29, El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear to answer to failure to stop at red light with a bond of $75.50. He was released on bond pending lcourt appearance.

Officers responded to 500 East Fields, trailer 15, concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified and investigation continues.

Augt 20 – Officers responded to 508 East Gentry concerning a reported larceny. Investigation continues.

Aug 21 – Officers responded to 305 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. Investigation continues

Arrest: Dustin D. Burlingame, 19, El Dorado Springs, charging  with throwing objects. He was released on summons pending court appearance.
