In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On November 12, 2018, officers responded to 1105 S. Main concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and investigation continues.

On November 14, 2018, officers responded to 500 S. Ohio concerning a reported motor vehicle theft that occurred on November 13, 2018. The investigation revealed the theft of a blue, 2000, Pontiac Firebird, passenger car, with Missouri License plate CN7K3X. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 17, 2018, officers responded to 218 W. Marshall concerning a delayed report of a larceny which occurred on November 16, 2018. The investigation revealed the theft of a black, Beretta, Neos .22 cal pistol, with a 4” barrel, a carton of Berley’s cigarettes, and a Camel Joe racing tin full of zippo lighters.

On November 17, 2018, officers arrested Veronica B. Roberts, 17, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrants, charging her with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Peace Disturbance by Fighting and Disorderly Conduct in a City Park, with a $401.00 bond, and Failure to Appear on the original charge of Peace Disturbance by Fighting, with a $275.50 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 17, 2018, officers responded to 108 N. High concerning a reported burglary. A report taken and investigation continues.

On November 18, 2018, officers responded to 801 E. Gentry concerning a reported domestic assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 18, 2018, officers responded to 312 West U.S. 54 Highway, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny (shoplifting). The investigation revealed the theft of a bottle of McCormick Whiskey, a bottle of McCormick Vodka, and a bottle of Dekuype Cinnamon Schnapps. A report taken and the investigation continues.
