In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On April 8, 2019, officers arrested Dewey M. Foster, 33, as a result of a traffic stop. Foster was charged with Driving While Revoked. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 8, 2019, officers responded to 1013 South Park Street concerning a reported trespassing. The investigation led to the arrest of Austin L. Murray, 20, charging him with Trespassing and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 8, 2019, officers responded to 227 West US 54 Highway, Pete’s Convenience Store, in reference to a larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of consumable goods. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On April 09, 2019, officers responded to 200 West McCrary Circle, Apartment 15, concerning a reported larceny. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On April 9, 2019, officers responded to 500 East Fields, Lot 17, concerning a domestic assault. The investigation led to the arrest of Nina H. Decker, 28, charging her with Peace Disturbance. Decker was also arrested for an active Miller County Felony Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with no bond, and, an active Miller County Felony Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, with no bond. She was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending extradition and a court appearance.

On April 10, 2019, Officers responded to an injury motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Missouri 32 Highway and US 54 Highway. This crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Ralph McCrory, 63, of El Dorado Springs, was stopped at a red light in the turn lane on Missouri 32 Highway. A vehicle driving by Robert Arnold, 54, of Stockton, drove up behind MCrory.  Arnold failed to stop and struck the rear of McCrory’s vehicle.   McCrory was transported to Cedar County Memorial Hospital by ambulance for minor injuries.  Arnold was arrested for Driving While Revoked. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 11, 2019, officers responded to 900 East US 54 Highway concerning a reported motor vehicle theft. The investigation revealed that a black, 2000 Chevrolet Suburban with Missouri License KC4E1T, was stolen from a garage at that location. The vehicle was later recovered in Oklahoma.  A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On April 11, 2019, officers responded to 105 US 54 Highway concerning a reported domestic disturbance. The investigation led to the arrest of Jacob J. Patalsky, 37, on the Probable Cause of Domestic Assault-Third Degree. Officers completed a Probable Cause statement for this charge.  Officers received a warrant charging Patalsky with Stealing a Class E Felony with a $5000.00 bond, from an earlier incident.  Patalsky was then transferred to the Cedar County Jail for holding until a court appearance or bond is posted.

On April 11, 2019, officers arrested Randy Keffer, 49, of Walker, MO, as a result of a traffic stop. Keffer was charged with Driving While Suspended. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 13, 2019, officers responded to 302-A South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported disturbance. The investigation led to the arrest of Angela K. Barlow, 39, charging her with Assault-Third Degree. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 14, 2019, officers responded to 311 East Spring, Apartment 4, concerning a report burglary and larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of several firearms, a knife, a bayonet, and a tomahawk that were reportedly stolen sometime between 10:30 a.m. on April 12, 2019, and 11:30 a.m. on April 14, 2019. A report was taken and the investigation continues
