In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Sept 6 – Officers responded to 504 East Fields, G19, concerning a reported burglary. Investigation continues.

Arrest: Donna R. White, 69,  Stockton, for a Lee’s Summit warrant charging her with failure to appear for an original charge of expired plates with a $200 bond. She was released on bond.

Officers responded to reported peace disturbance that occurred early at the El Dorado Springs R-2 Elementary School playground. Juvenile suspects identified and referred to juvenile office.

Sept 7- Officers responded to 901 South Grand , El Dorado Springs R2 Elementary School, concerning a report of juvenile beyond parental control.  Handled by officer.

Officers responded to 200 McCrary Circle concerning report of tampering with motor vehicle. Suspect identified and investigation continues.

Sept 8 – Arest: Keith W. Turner, 35, Milo, for Nevada warrant for failure to appear on a non-moving traffic violation with a $60 bond. He was released on bond.

Sept 9 – Arrest: Darren A. Edmiston, 18, El Dorado Springs for a Cedar County warrant charging him with probation violation with original charge of theft of a firearm with a $5,0000 bond. He was transferred to Cedar County jail pending bond or court appearance.

Officers responded to 204 East Walnut concerning reported larceny from motor vehicle. Investigation revealed the theft of a diaper bag and work bag from vehicle.  Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 203 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a social security card and birth certificate.  Investigation continues.

Arrests: Nathin R. Keith, 36, El Dorado Springs, charging him with driving while intoxicated. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Cody R. Bird, 23, El Dorado Springs, charging him with no operator’s license and assault. He was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Officers responded to1000 block of South Park concerning a reported of tampering with a motor vehicle. Investigation revealed the brake lines of a vehicle were damaged. Investigation continues.

Sept 10 – Officers responded to 210 West Joe Davis concerning a reported burglary. Investigation revealed the theft of a tattoo gun, smart phone, various frozen meats, clothing and cologne. Investigation continues.

Arrest: James R. Willmore, 37, El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. He was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Sept 11 – Arrest: Jacob S. Maxson, 17, El Dorado Springs, for Cedar County warrant, charging him with 2nd Degree burglary with a $2,000 cash only bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and court appearance.
