In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On July 1, 2019, officers responded to 107 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed several unauthorized charges made on a Missouri EBT Card. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On July 2, 2019, officers arrested Steven L. Younce, 37, of Kansas City, MO, charging him with Driving While Suspended, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

On July 2, 2019, officers responded to 208 West Gay concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a silver, window air conditioner. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On July 3, 2019, officers responded to 121 West Fields concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a silver and green, portable oxygen tank, approximately three feet tall. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On July 4, 2019, officers arrested Jesus E. Grajeda, 27, for a Camden County Warrant charging him with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No License, with a $500.00 cash bond.  He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On July 5, 2019, officers responded to 318 South Ohio concerning a reported theft from a vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of a Ruger, Model P90 firearm, and 45 ACP caliber, hollow point ammunition. The firearm was later recovered. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On June 5, 2019, officers arrested Tyler M. Wilkins, 27, for a Cedar County Felony Warrant, charging him with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid, Owner Operate a Motor Vehicle without Maintaining Financial Responsibility, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, Driver/Front Seat Passenger-Fail to Wear Seatbelt, and Failure to Display Plates, with a $5,000.00 bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and court appearance.

On July 7, 2019, officers responded to 305 West Hightower concerning a reported domestic disturbance. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.
