EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Sept 12 – Officers responded to 108 West Hickory concerning a reported trespassing and property damage. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Tagger L. Kellum, 22,  El Dorado Springs, charging him with property damage, trespassing and peace disturbance. He was released on summonses pending  court appearance.

Sept 13- Arrests: Michael R. Murphy, 22, El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on property damage with a bond of $175.50.  He was released after  court appearance.

Christianna K. Chambers, 50, El Dorado Springs, for a Polk County warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license on the 3rd or subsequent offense with a bond of $7,500. She was transferred to Polk County jail pending bond and  court appearance.

Tagger L. Kellum, 22, El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Bench Warrant, charging him with direct contempt with three days in Cedar County jail. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail to serve three days.

Sept 14 – Officers responded to 107 South High concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a pair of leggings. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to the station concerning a report of harassment/elderly abuse 3rd Degree that occurred at 135 West Spring. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 312 West  54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Brandy R. Hildebrant, 36, El Dorado Springs, for shoplifting. She was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Sept 16 – Officers responded to a reported assault at 204 South Jackson. investigation resulted in the arrest of Landon J. Daniel, 28, El Dorado Springs for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Sept 18 – Arrest: Stephanie M. Higgins, 32, El Dorado Springs, for driving while revoked and fail to show proof of insurance. She was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 115 East 54 Hwy, Pittstop, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of two packs of cigarettes. Suspect has been identified and investigation continues.
