On September 15, 2019, officers responded to the 100 Block of West Spring concerning a reported theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of fishing poles and a tackle box.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 15, 2019, officers arrested Thomas R. Hill, 43, of El Dorado Springs, for a Nevada Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on the ordinal charge of No Proof of Insurance, with a $150.00 cash bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On September 15, 2019, officers arrested Karl L. Horning, 37, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County Warrant charging him with Second Degree Aggravated Assault, with a $5,000.00 bond.  He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On September 15, 2019, officers responded to 403 South Ohio, Apartment 6, concerning a reported domestic assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Dewey M. Foster, 34, of El Dorado Springs, for Assault in the Third Degree. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 16, 2019, officers responded to 121 West Joe Davis concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a drum set with cymbals.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 16, 2019, officers received a delayed report of domestic assault at 214 West Spring Street. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Cory R Barton, 26, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Assault. He was released summons pending a court appearance.

On September 17, 2019, officers responded to 115 West Marshall Street concerning a peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Damien L. Harder, 23, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with Possession of Certain Weapons Prohibited. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 18, 2019, officers responded to 329 West Hickory concerning a Burglary.  The investigation revealed the theft of a bolt action .270 Win caliber rifle with brown wood stock, 3×9 BSA scope and attached camouflage sling and a cell phone.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 18, 2019, officers responded to 1301 East Industrial Parkway, Southwest Missouri Psychiatric Center, concerning a reported assault. A suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

On September 19, 2019, officer arrested Matthew R. Garry, 46, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, for Cedar County Warrants, charging him with Failure to Appear with the original charge of Distribution of A Controlled Substance Near Public Housing, a Class A Felony with no bond, Failure to Appear with the original charge of Receiving Stolen Property, a Class C felony with no bond, Failure to Appear with the original charges of four counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a class C felony with no bond, and Sodomy 1st Degree, Felony, with a  $15,000.00 cash bond. He was transferred to Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.

On September 19, 2019, officers responded to 500 East Fields Street Trailer # 28, concerning a stolen bicycle. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 19, 2019, officers responded to 510 East Gentry concerning a peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Shelby M. Wilson, 22, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Private Peace Disturbance. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 19, 2019, officers responded to 900 block of South Allison, concerning a reported larceny from a storage unit. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 19, 2019, officer arrested Diamond Marshall, 21, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Violation of an Order of Protection. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 20, 2019, officers arrested Krista S. Jarvis, 31, of El Dorado Springs for a Cedar County Warrant, charging her with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $500.00 cash bond. Officers completed a probable cause statement for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Resisting Arrest for a Felony. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant for these charges with a $5000.00 bond. She was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On September 20, 2019, officer responded to 300 East US 54 Highway, Mike & Joe’s, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of US currency from the cash register.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of Darren A. Edmiston, 21, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Stealing more than $750.00, class D felony. Officers completed a probable cause statement for this charge. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant charging him with Stealing more than $750.00, Class D Felony with a $5000.00 bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On September 21, 2019, officers arrested Nicholas D. Mitchell, 28, of Appleton City, for a St. Clair County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear with the Original charge of Resisting Arrest with a $300.00 cash bond. He was transferred to the St. Clair County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On September 21, 2019, officers arrested Heather M. Willmore, 33, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Driving While Suspended. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 22, 2019, officers responded to 109 North High, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a container of gasoline. A report taken and the investigation continues.
