The El Dorado Springs Police Department responded to 111 requests for assistance this past week, Nov. 4-10. The requests were as follows:

Ambulance 11, Animal Control 7, Assist Other Agencies 30, All Escorts 1, Nuisance 6, All Other Requests for Assistance 56, Summons 5.

Police Report

On November 4, 2019, officers responded to a report of larceny from 1709 Witt Drive. The investigation revealed the theft of a Missouri license plateTC1U7H. A report taken the investigation continues.

On November 4, 2019, officers responded to 805 South Jackson concerning a reported theft of City Utilities. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 5, 2019, officers arrested Christina L. Zimmer, 36, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Driving While Revoked. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On November 5, 2019, officers arrested Alan B. Green, 19, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Court Warrant charging him with contempt of court. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending 5 days in jail.

On November 6, 2019, officers arrested Jason R. Reynolds, 40, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County Warrant, charging him with Possession of Stolen Property with a $10,000.00 cash bond. He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On November 6, 2019, officers arrested Austin M. Hearting, 17, for a Barton County Warrant charging him with sexual assault with a $50,000.00 bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and court appearance.

On November 8, 2019, officers arrested Gina M. Riboni, 46, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County Warrant, charging her with Failed to Wear a Safety Belt with a $10.00 cash bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 10, 2019, officers responded to 322 West Hickory concerning a reported domestic assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 11, 2019, officers responded to 809 North Main concerning a report of peace disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Daniel G. Hunt, 55, of El Dorado Springs, for Peace Disturbance. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On November 12, 2019, officers responded to 1500 South Park Street concerning a reported burglary. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 15, 2019, officers arrested Richard L. Tigner, 53, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on Payment for Drive While Suspended with a bond of $450.00. He was released on recognizance pending a court appearance.

On November 15, 2019, officers responded to 309 West Fields Street concerning a report larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of two toy revolvers and a drink cooler. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 15, 2019, officers responded to 301 South Summer in reference to a Domestic Assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Mitchell S. Jacobs, 28, of El Dorado Springs, for Domestic Assault 4th Degree and Damage of Jail Property.  Officers completed a Probable Cause Statement for these charges. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant charging Jacobs with Damage to Jail Property with a $3,000.00 bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On November 16, 2019, officers responded to a reported sexual offense. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Dallas J Horn, 30, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Child Molestation 2nd Degree. Officers complete a probable cause statement for the charge. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant charging Horn with Child Molestation Second Degree with a $15,000.00 cash only bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.
