In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Oct 3 – Officers responded to 119 West Fields concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified,investigation continues.

Oct 4 – Arrests:  Dillon R Berning, 24,  El Dorado Springs, charging him with driving while intoxicated prior offender and driving while revoked. He was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Douglas D Dozler, 50, El Dorado Springs, for Cedar County warrant charging him with probation violation on original charges of possession of a controlled substance with a $5,000 bond.  He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Tyler J. Pate, 18, Stockton, for Laclede County warrant, charging him with probation violation on original charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and dtealing with bond of $750 cash. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and court appearance.

Oct 5 – Arrests: Lee G Queen, 19, El Dorado Springs, for an active Cedar County warrant, charging him with failure to appear on an original charge of third degree domestic assault with a $1,000 cash bond and an El Dorado Springs municipal warrant charging him with failure to appear for the original charge of assault with a $325 bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Lawrence W Hanson, 55, Sheldon, for a Vernon County warrant, charging him with unlawful possession of a firearm with a bond of $7,500 He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Officers responded to 300 East Freeman, First Assembly of God Church, concerning a reported burglary. Investigation revealed the theft of one laptop computer, a Cannon digital camera, approximately $50 in quarters and five watches. Investigation continues.

Oct 6 – Officers responded to 1404 South Summer concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified and investigation continues.

Officers responded to 1300 South Summer, Bethel Freewill Baptist Church, concerning a reported burglary. Investigation revealed the theft of a brown leather briefcase. Investigation continues.

Officers responded 312 West  54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of summer sausage. Officers arrested Terry R. Usher 23, El Dorado Springs, charging him with larceny. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Oct 7 – Officers responded to 410 East 54 Hwy, McDonald’s, concerning a reported six year old child on a scooter in the highway unattended. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Crystal A. Bushnell, 37, El Dorado Springs, charging her with endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on summons pending court appearance.

Arrest: Chadd A Ellison, 17,  El Dorado Springs, charging him with driving while revoked, no proof of insurance and wrong plates. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.

Oct 8 – Officers responded to 305 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a 1968 Tepe, white and brown camper trailer. Suspect has been identified and investigation continues.

Officers responded to 309 East Hayden, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a license plate. Investigation continues.

Oct 9 – Officers responded to 312 West Hwy 54, Wood Supermarket, concerning a reported assault. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 227 West Hwy 54, Pete’s Convenience Store,concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of gasoline.  Investigation continues.
