In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

March 14 – Arrests: Aaron W. Plummer, 34, of El Dorado Springs, for an active probation violation warrant, for the original charge of property damage with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending a court appearance.

Levi R Sieleman, 35, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charges of disturbance of the peace and tampering. He was released after a court appearance.

March 14 – Arrests: Russell A. Rice, 40, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant charging him with failure to appear with the original charge of disturbance of the peace. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending charges in other jurisdictions.

William L. Brassfield, 28, of Kansas City, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear with the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending charges in other jurisdictions.

Steven A. Caudill, 27, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failed to appear for two counts of trespassing 1st degree. He was released after a court appearance.

March 17 – Arrested Christina L. Zimmer, 33, of El Dorado Springs, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

March 15 – officers responded to 212 West Walnut concerning a reported assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Stephanie M. Higgins, 32, of El Dorado Springs, for a Polk County warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of stealing, with a $150 cash bond.  She was released recognizance pending a court appearance.

Officers responded to 800 North Main, Apt 33, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of several prescription drugs. A reported was taken and the investigation continues. Officers arrested Deborah K. Reichert, 57, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of assault 3rd degree, with a $370 cash bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

March 18 – Arrests: Tasha B. Lindley, 39, of El Dorado Springs, for an active Gasconade County warrant, charging her with possession of a controlled Substance with a $5,000. bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

William S. Cain, 44, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear on the original charges of abandonment of dangerous container and nuisance junk, with a $326 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

March 19 – Arrests: Heather M. Willmore, 30, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charges of child restraint required, C&R driving, following too close, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and failure to keep right, with a $662 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Jenna N. Koski, 24, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging her with failure to appear on the original charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, with a cash or surety bond of $401.  She was released on recognizance pending a court appearance.

Brandee G. Lawson, 39, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County warrant, charging him with failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia with a $250 cash bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.
