EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

April 10, 2018, officers responded to 901 South Grand concerning a reported attempted larceny. The investigation revealed the attempted theft of batteries on heavy equipment. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 10, 2018, officers arrested Joseph M. Burnett JR, 40, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a $387.50 bond.   He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

On April 11, 2018, officers arrested Jesse W. Dunn, 23, of El Dorado Springs, for a Nevada Municipal Court Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on Payment plan, with a $1080.34 cash bond.  He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

On April 11, 2018, officers responded to 901 South Jackson concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of water, sewer and trash services for two months. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 11, 2018, officers responded to 500 East Fields, trailer number 8, concerning a reported assault.  A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 12, 2018, officers responded to 135 West Spring concerning a reported larceny from a motor vehicle. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Joseph M. Burnett Jr, 40, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with stealing. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 12, 2018, officers arrested Breanna N. Gehlert, 21, of Eldon, for Cedar County Warrant, charging her with No Seatbelt and Failure to Secure a Child in Seatbelt, with a $100.00 cash bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On April 12, 2018, officers responded to 901 South Grand concerning a reported larceny from a motor vehicle. A suspect was identified, report taken and the investigation continues.

On April 12, 2018, officers arrested Gage A. Miller, 22, of Schell City, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charge of Tall Weeds and Grass with a $225.50 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On April 13, 2018, officers responded to 100 South Main, City Park, concerning a reported disorderly conduct. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Rachel R. Ohman, 47, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Disorderly Conduct in Park. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On April 15, 2018, officers arrested Kayla E. Fowler, 26, of El Dorado Springs for the probable cause of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Officers complete a probable cause statement for these charges. Fowler was held pending warrant.

On April 15, 2018, officers arrested Nikki C. Grider, 37, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Marijuana. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.
