May 23 – Officers responded to 312 West 54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of liquor. Investigation continues.

May 24 – Officers responded to 503 South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny. Investigation continues.

May 25 – Arrest: Shawnda R. Pulley, 33, El Dorado Springs, for manner of pedestrian travel. She was released on bond.

Officers were involved in a pursuit of a vehicle concerning traffic violations.  Incident resulted in arrest of James R. Willmore, 36, El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and resisting arrest. Officers completed a probable cause statement for these charges. Officers received a Cedar County warrant charging him with Class C felony possession of a control substances, class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor of driving while suspended and misdemeanor of resisting arrest/fleeing with a $50,000 bond. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 216 West Olive concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a lap top computer.  Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 104 West Marshall concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of electricity. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Krystal D. Fuqua, 35,Hume, charging her with obstruction by giving a false name to a police officer. She was released on summons pending court appearance.

May 26 – Officers responded to 407 South Grand concerning a reported larceny. Investigation continues.

Arrest: Jessika L. Hoffman, 21, of El Dorado Springs, for driving without a valid license. She was released on summons pending court appearance.

May 28 – Officers responded to 900 South Allison concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a 6’ tall silver windmill yard ornament.  Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 212 Westhaven concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of plants. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 1707 South First Street concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of patio furniture. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 324 West Marshall concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a decorative wishing well, yard ornament. Investigation continues.

May 29 – Officers responded to 121 West Poplar concerning a reported assault. Suspect has been identified and investigation continues.

May 31 – Officers responded to 705 North St. James concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of utilities. Suspect has been identified investigation continues.

Arrest: Kenneth C. Cerny Jr, 42, El Dorado Springs, for active Cedar County warrants charging him with damage to jail property, domestic assault and failure to register as sex offender with no bonds. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending court appearance.

June 1 – Arrests: Mark Dyer, 48, El Dorado Springs, for an active Cedar County warrant, charging him with burglary, forgery and stealing with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending jcourt appearance.

Christina Savant, 32, Sheldon, for an active Vernon County warrant charging her with resisting arrest with a bond of $2,500.  She was released on bond pending  court appearance.

Brittany E Davis, 22, El Dorado Springs, for an active Cedar County warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of operating a vehicle without a license with a $200 cash only bond.  She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Bobby L. Keith, 58, El Dorado Springs, for an active Cedar County warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance with no bond (fail to obey judge’s order). He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 1500 South Park concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a 12 inch glass globe from a flower bed.  Investigation continues.

June 2  – arrest: Amanda M. Bell, 22, El Dorado Springs, for two Vernon County warrants, charging her with probation violation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance. She was transferred to the Vernon County jail pending bond and court appearance.

June 3  – Officers responded to 312 West 54 Hwy concerning a reported domestic disturbance. Suspect has been identified and  investigation continues.

Arrests: Steven W. Whitesell, 36, Schell City, for an active Cedar County warrant charging him with fail to appear on the original charge of fail to display plates on motor vehicle with a cash only bond of $200. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Steven A Caudill, 26, f El Dorado Springs, charging him with stealing. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

June 4 – Arrests: Harold E. Preston Jr, 49, Appleton City, for the probable cause of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.  Officer completed a probable cause statement for these charges. Officers received a Cedar County warrant charging him with Class B felony, DWI-chronic offender with a $50,000 bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and court appearance.

Christian M Myers, 23, El Dorado Springs, for an active Vernon County warrant charging him with larceny from a building, with a $100 cash only bond. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 307 North Grand concerning a reported tampering with motor vehicle. Investigation resulted in the arrests of Jenna N. Kolkie, 23, El Dorado Springs, for tampering in the first Degree, and Brandee G. Lawson, 39, of El Dorado Springs, for tampering in the second degree. They were released on summonses pending court appearance.

June 5 – Officers responded to a disturbance at Jackson and Spring Streets. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Larry L. Lewellin III, 29, El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, and endangering the welfare of a child. Officer completed a probable cause statement for these charges.  Also arrest was Jared S. Spurgeon, 20, El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance. He was released on summons pending court appearance.
