To the qualified voters of Omer Special Road District of Cedar County, Missouri:

You are hereby notified that an election will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, to vote on the following question

Shall the Omer Special Road District retain a tax levy of 35 cents on the hundred dollar assessed valuation, for a period of four years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)?

Special School Bond Election

Stockton R-I School District, Missouri

Proposition Stockton Strong

Shall the Board of Education of the Stockton R-I School District, Missouri, without an estimated increase in the current debt service property tax levy, borrow money in the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (1,500,000) for the purpose of providing funds to implement safety and security improvements, including security cameras, new intercom/bell system integrated with the fire alarm system, paving of the gravel parking lot, LED lighting, improved technology infrastructure, and new radios; to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) at the middle school gymnasium; to service and repair the elementary, middle school and high school roofs; to offset the cost to install a new digital sign at the high school and awnings at the preschool and middle school campuses; to address and correct the courtyard drainage system on the high school campus; to add handicapped parking at the baseball field; to the extent funds are available, complete other repairs and improvements to the existing facilities of the District; and issue general obligation bonds for the payment thereof?

If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.6142 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
