Notice Upon Order for Service by Publication Termination of Parental Rights

The State of Missouri to defendant, Amanda Callahan, mother of the above-named juvenile.

You are notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Cedar County, State of Missouri, at STOCKTON, the object and general nature of which is the termination of your parental rights in and to the above-named juvenile.

You are further notified, pursuant to Section 211.462.2 RSMo., of your right to have counsel, and if you request counsel and are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall be appointed by the Court.

The names of all the parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the plaintiff is Lisa Abbott, Juvenile Officer II, 100 W Cherry, Suite 9, Nevada, Missouri 64772.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after May 11, 2023 judgment by default will be rendered against you.
