You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced for a Petition of Change of Name of the minor Corbin Nathaniel Hearting date of birth 08/31/2006 born to Jason Lee McNeely and Lissa Dawn Hearting.

The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof.

You are further notified that, unless you file and answer or other pleadings or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petitioner within 45 days beginning the 6th day of April, 2022, Judgment by default will be rendered in accordance with the Petition.

It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the El Dorado Springs Sun, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Cedar, State of Missouri. A true copy of the record.
