NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE MISSOURI AGRICULTURAL AND SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY will hold a public hearing February 15, 2023 beginning at 8:15 a.m. at 1616 Missouri Blvd., Jefferson City, MO on a proposal to issue revenue bonds of the Authority to finance the following project:

Bonds not to exceed the amount of $275,000 to purchase 7 acres, more or less, of pasture for the owner/operator farming operation of Kylee Bullard, El Dorado Springs, Missouri.

Directions to the property: From El Dorado Springs, 7 miles South on 32 Highway, then 1⁄2 miles south on CR 32.

The Authority will afford interested members of the public an opportunity to express their views with reference to the foregoing proposal.
