NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION

COUNTY OF CEDAR, MISSOURI

TUESDAY, AUGUST 8, 2023

Notice is hereby given that a Special Election has been called by order of the Cedar County Commission, to be held in the County of Cedar, State of Missouri on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, for the purpose of voting to impose a local use tax.

The official ballot for the election shall be in substantially the following form:

Polling places for said election will be open from the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. during which time any person properly registered to vote in the county will be given the opportunity to cast his or her ballot.

York, County Clerk and Election Authority in and for the County of Cedar, State of Missouri, hereby certify that, pursuant to the provisions of RSMo Chapter 115, the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of the ballot, as certified to me, by the officers or agencies calling for an election to be held in said county on Tuesday, the 8th day of August, 2023.
