For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by Dustin Johnson, dated October 25, 2021, and recorded on October 29, 2021, in Book No. 2021, at Page 2738 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cedar County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on October 25, 2023, at 1:00 PM, at the Front Door of the Cedar County Courthouse, Stockton, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All of Lot Two (2), of Curtis and Helm’s Addition to the City of EI Dorado Springs, Cedar County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 409 E Twyman St, El Dorado Spg, MO, 64744

subject to all prior easements, restrictions, reservations, covenants and encumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy the debt and costs.
