REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Cedar County Commission of the County of Cedar, Missouri will accept sealed Proposals until 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 11, 2023, at the Cedar County Courthouse, 113 South Street, Stockton, MO 65785. Proposal opening will be held in the County Commission Room #5 at time and date above. Proposals shall be clearly marked with “Roof Replacement RFP” and delivered to the attention of the County Clerk as addressed above for the following:

All inquiries for this project are to be done by contacting Ted Anderson, Associate Commissioner of Cedar County at 417.276.9975, or by emailing clerk@cedarcountymo.gov for the Proposal Packet. The County reserves the right to evaluate all proposals, to reject any or all proposals and solicit again at a later date. Any proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered for the project. The County may waive any irregularities in the proposal or negotiate variances from specifications and make awards that are in the best interests of the County. The Cedar County Commission will have a final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and issuance of awards.

The County encourages minority and female owned businesses to submit proposals on all County purchases.

Payment for this project will be made to the contractor after final inspection and approval by the Cedar County Commission.

Contractors must be licensed as a contractor in the City of Stockton. Proposals shall remain firm for not less than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of RFP opening. Bidders guarantee that all goods and services meet the requirements of the solicitation during the contract period.
