Northeast Vernon County R-l School District

“Guaranteed Energy Cost Savings Contract”

NEVC R-l is seeking to establish a relationship with an energy service company for the purpose of developing and implementing a Guaranteed Energy Cost Savings Contract for school facilities per RSMo 58.231. The District desires to select a full-service firm who has experience with all aspects of project development, project implementation and long-term guarantee of savings.
