NOTICE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION GRANTED

To the persons interested in the estate of Stanley E. Baptist, decedent:

On the 18th day of November 2019, Michael Boultinghouse was appointed the Personal Representative of the estate of Stanley E. Baptist, decedent, by the probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cedar County, Missouri. The address of the Personal Representatives is 91 1 N. High, El Dorado Springs, Missouri, and his attorneys are Dawson and Dawson Attorneys at Law, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri 64744.

All creditors of the decedent are notified to file claims in court within six months from the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred to the fullest extent permissible by law. This six-month period does not extend the limitation period that would bar claims one year after the decedent’s death, as provided in Section 473.444, R.S.Mo. or any other applicable limitation periods. Nothing in Section 473.444 R.S.Mo. shall be construed to bar any action against a decedent’s liability insurance carrier through a defendant ad litem pursuant to section 537.021, R.S.Mo.
