You are hereby notified that you are entitled to appear and be heard at a hearing to be held September 21, 2021, at 10:00 o’clock am, in the courtroom of the Probate Division at 113 South Street, Stockton, Missouri, on the petition to determine the heirs of the above-named decedent, who died September 20, 2018, and their respective interests as heirs in the following described property:

Class action lawsuit settlement in excess of $100,000
