The Commission and Road and Bride Supervisor Cole Cochran discussed lighting for the Road and Bridge Maintenance Building, locations of motor graders and brush cutters, equipment repair and employee vacation schedules.

Jeanie Cunningham, representing Mike Keith Insurance, spoke with the Commission regarding claim information on employee health insurance.

Recorder Pat Terry visited with the Commission regarding Active Shooters Training for Courthouse employees which was held on Monday evening. Security alarms and fire extinguishers were discussed.

The Commission approved ordering eight small fire extinguishers for offices in the Courthouse.

A salary commission meeting was held elected officials.

The Commission received a telephone call regarding a culvert located on SE 700 Rd. The situation is being checked by the Road and Bridge Department.

David Knight, Public Administrator, was in to discuss mileage reimbursement. Consensus was this would be allowable.

Commission Strope made a motion to enter into an annual agreement with Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning commission for Economic Developer Director. Motion carried.
