Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made three arrests and took two reports during the week of Aug. 12-19, 2019.
Warrant Arrests
Scott Greathouse- On Aug. 17, Scott Greathouse, 20, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Cedar County warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original misdemeanor charge. Bond is set at $225.50 cash only.
Courtney Sallis- On Aug. 16, Courtney Sallis, 26, Blue Springs, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Texas County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 11-35 grams, a class B misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, and a class D misdemeanor no insurance. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
Elizabeth Ragle- On Aug. 14, Elizabeth Ragle, 41, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failure to appear in court on an original class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
The original charge comes from a Mid Missouri Drug Task Force investigation in July of 2018.

Burglary in Roscoe
On Aug. 15, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on SW Highway VV in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Tiffany Esser. Esser stated her mother in law heard someone in the house telling the dogs to shut up. The deputy entered and cleared the residence. No one was found inside. The deputy saw no signs of forced entry. The resident stated nothing damaged or missing.
Stolen Checks Out of Lowry City
On Aug. 14, a St. Clair County deputy took a report of stolen checks. Randal Caserta came into the Sheriff’s Office to report two checks of his were stolen. One was cashed at a Home Depot the other was not cashed at time of report.
A person of interest has been named.
