ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made seven reports and took two reports during the week of Feb. 18 through 24, 2020.

Warrant Arrests

Audbrianna Kirk- On Feb. 24, Audbrianna Kirk, 30, De Soto, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a probation violation on an original class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.

The original charge comes after St. Clair County deputies assisted the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force with an investigation in Appleton City in January of 2019. After making contact and talking with the property owner, consent was given to search the residence. During the search, a plastic baggie containing a white crystal like substance was located in a carrying bag. The substance did test positive for methamphetamine. Kirk admitted the methamphetamine was hers.

Justen Myers- On Feb. 24, Justen Myers, 32, Carthage, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for probation violations. The first warrant charges him with an original class E felony domestic assault in the fourth degree and a class E felony unlawful use of a weapon. The second warrant is for an original class E felony domestic assault in the fourth degree. Total bond is set at $10,000 cash only.

The warrants stem from investigations by the Osceola Police Department in April and July of 2017.

Antonio Wright- On Feb. 23, Antonio Wright, 41, Henrietta, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class E felony driving while revoked/suspended. Wright was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Wright was driving for a moving violation. A record check revealed Wright had a revoked license with prior convictions for driving while revoked.

Amanda Crawford- On Feb. 22, Amanda Crawford, 31, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a probation violation on original class D felony possession of a controlled substance, a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less. This is a no bond warrant.

The original charges come after the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force on a search of the residence of Crawford.

Mark Draper- On Feb. 21, Mark Draper, 62, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D felony unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond is set at $10,000 cash surety.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Draper was driving for an equipment violation on Feb. 4, 2020. The deputy made contact with Draper and after speaking with him for a moment asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle. Draper denied anything illegal being in the vehicle. The deputy requested a K9 unit. The K9 performed an exterior sniff test of the vehicle and did alert to the odor of narcotics. The deputy informed Draper of the results and stated they will be conducting a search of the vehicle. Draper did advise the deputy of firearm behind the seat of the vehicle.

During the search of the vehicle, the firearm was located along with a glass pipe with residue in it. The glass pipe did field test positive for methamphetamine.

Steven Collins- On Feb. 19, Steven Collins, 33, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court on a class E felony driving while revoked/suspended. Bond is set at $3,500 cash only.

The original charge comes from a Lowry City police Department investigation in September of 2018.

Bonnie Noble- On Feb. 19, Bonnie Noble, 62, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a probation violation on an original class C felony theft/stealing. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.

The original charge comes from an Appleton City Police Department investigation in April of 2013.

Burglary in Osceola

On Feb. 24, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to the Sac-Osage Business Office in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Carolyn Bruce. Bruce stated she was at the building on Feb. 21 and could not get the copy machine to work. When Bruce returned to the building on Feb. 24, she checked the copy machine and noticed the toner cartridge missing. Bruce checked the building and noticed there were three ABC fire extinguishers missing.

Total estimated loss value is $170. The deputy took photographs for evidence.

Stolen Vehicle Out of Osceola

On Feb. 20, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a walk-in report in regards to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Hollis Freeman. Freeman stated his maroon 2006 Ford F250 and 2006 Doolittle dump trailer were stolen from the Standard Gas Station parking lot in Osceola. Total estimated loss value is $7,000.

While the deputy was entering the stolen vehicle into the system, the deputy received a phone call from Freeman’s neighbor, Gary Bray, who was in Clinton. Bray stated Freeman’s truck and trailer were in the Walmart parking lot.

The Clinton Police Department was contacted to go to the vehicle until a St. Clair County deputy was able to arrive. Upon arrival, the deputy observed that the ignition had been tampered with along with a door handle.

The deputy took photographs and collected evidence from the vehicle. Video footage was collected from the Walmart security team. The video shows a white late model Cadillac Escalade and the stolen truck in the parking lot together for approximately 15 minutes. Then the Escalade pulls away for approximately another 15 minutes; then parks in a parking spot close to the entrance of Walmart. A male and female subject exited the Escalade and tried to enter two different doors of Walmart. The female subject was observed wearing a grey hoodie with large white “KC” letters on it. The male subject was observed wearing a dark blue hoodie with a Nike “swoosh” on it and also wearing an off white hat.
