ST CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the weeks of September 16, 2020 through October 25, 2020.

Arrests

Ryan Greve- On Sept. 17, Ryan Greve, 28, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class A felony assault in the first degree or attempt and an unclassified felony for armed criminal action. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.

The warrant comes after Greve was named as a suspect that had attacked a male subject with a baton like object, causing physical injuries to the male subject.

Chance West- On Sept.17, Chance West, 30, Aldridge, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a parole violation warrant on a class A felony child molestation in the first degree. This is a no bond warrant.

Kaitlyn Peters- On Sept. 18, Kaitlyn Peters, 30, Warrensburg, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class E felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-amphetamine or methamphetamine. Peters was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Peters was a passenger in for an equipment violation. During a search of the vehicle, a piece of cloth was located under the car on the passenger side of the vehicle where Peters was sitting while the deputy spoke with the driver. Inside the cloth were a glass pipe and a small glass container containing a clear liquid. The small container and glass pipe field tested to methamphetamine. Peters admitted the items were hers.

Hall, Ashley – On September 22, Ashley Hall, 32, Kansas City, was arrested by a St. Clair County Deputy on a warrant for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 Cash Only.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Hall was a passenger in for a speeding violation. During the search of the vehicle, a purse containing a small bag with crystal residue, a small plate with crystal residue on it, and a pipe were found. The bag, plate, and pipe all field tested positive for methamphetamine. A separate purse was also found containing multiple syringes and a small black ball containing crystal like residue were found. The crystal like residue inside of the black ball also field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Tank, Ashley Kay – On September 22, Ashley Tank, 32, Springfield, was arrested by a St. Clair County Deputy on a warrant for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 Cash Only.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Tank was a passenger in for a speeding violation. Before a search of the vehicle, Tank admitted to a pipe being in the passenger door side grab handle. The pipe had a white residue inside of it and field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Breedlove, Daniel – On September 23, Daniel Breedlove, 30, Sylacauga, AL, was arrested by a St. Clair County Deputy for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class E Felony Delivery of 35 Grams or less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid. Bond was set at $15,000 Cash or Surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Breedlove was the driver of in for a equipment violation. After consent to search the vehicle was given, two instruments used to smoke marijuana were found, alongside 11 plastic tubes containing marijuana joints, three grinders, multiple plastic containers containing marijuana, a white container containing THC “Sour Gummies”, a THC face mask, and multiple THC vape pens were found. Further investigation noted the total amount of marijuana exceeded the weight of 100 grams. Breedlove admitted to purchasing the marijuana in Colorado, and was heading back to his home in Alabama. Breedlove also claimed all of the marijuana in and behind the driver’s seat was his.

Trott, Alexander – On September 23, Alexander Trott, 23, Sylacauga, AL, was arrested by a St. Clair County Deputy for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class E Felony Delivery of 35 Grams or less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid. Bond was set at $15,000 Cash or Surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Trott was the passenger of in for a equipment violation. After consent to search the vehicle was given, multiple containers of marijuana, multiple edibles, and multiple marijuana smoking devices were found. This was the same traffic stop as the above mentioned stop including Daniel Breedlove as the driver. Trott admitted that all of the marijuana in and behind the passenger seat was his.

Ford, Bryan – On September 23, Bryan Ford, 64, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a 2019 warrant for a Misdemeanor Domestic Assault – 4th Degree – 1st or 2nd Offense. Bond was set at $5,000 Cash or surety.

Engeman, Eric – On September 24, Eric Engeman, 47, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a warrant for a Misdemeanor Tampering with Property of Another – 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.

Lessley, Patrick – On September 25, Patrick Lessley, 59, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County Deputy on a warrant for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000 Cash or Surety.

Carter, Bobby – On September 27, Bobby Carter, 49, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a warrant for Felony Assault – 2nd Degree – Special Victim and Misdemeanor Operated a Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner. The bond was set for $5,000 cash or surety.

The original arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy was notified that Carter was driving a truck at high rates of speed, attempting to strike the reporting party’s vehicle in Appleton City, and that the reporting party was in fear for his/her life. After a search of the area was conducted, Carter was located inside of his parked truck and taken into custody.

Graham, Tommy – On September 27, Tommy Graham, 57, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and an unclassified Misdemeanor of Failing to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding siren and displaying red/blue light. Graham was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that Graham was the driver of for a lane violation alongside an equipment violation. Graham failed to yield to the deputy for several miles, and another St. Clair County deputy was called to assist in stopping the vehicle. During the search of the stopped vehicle, a digital scale was found that had crystal residue on it that field tested posted for methamphetamine.

Nunnery, Dakota – On September 27, Dakota Nunnery, 22, Springfield, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Stone County warrant for a Felony Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $500 cash or surety.

Wareham, Donald – On September 27, Donald Wareham, 62, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon – Subsection 5 – While Intoxicated – Loaded Weapon. The bond was set at $7,500 cash only.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call regarding Wareham making threats to multiple individuals within his family. Upon arriving at Wareham’s residence, the deputy noted that Wareham was out in his front lawn carrying a shotgun, smelling strongly of alcohol.

McClellan, Dustin – On September 28, Dustin McClellan, 33, Kansas City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class C Felony of stealing – motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft, a class C Felony of burglary – 2nd Degree, and a class C Felony delivery or possession of a controlled substance at count/private jail except with prescription. Bond was set at $30,000 cash or surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy observed a suspicious vehicle and noted it was a white Ford flatbed stolen out of Liberty, Missouri. A search of the nearby area discovered that Dustin McClellan was found hiding behind one of the trash trucks. McClellan admitted to being the driver of the white Ford flatbed truck. Upon being arrested, McClellan admitted to a syringe inside of his pocket. Upon being searched at the Jail during the booking procedure, a small plastic bag fell out of McClellan’s pants that contained a crystal substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Patterson, Daryl – On September 28, Daryl Patterson, 31, Independence, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy at the Jackson County Jail on a warrant for a class D Felony of Non-Support – Total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Bond was set at $1,500 cash only.

Miles, Boyd – On September 30, Boyd Miles, 55, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Class B Felony driving while intoxicated – habitual. Miles was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy was notified of an intoxicated subject at the BP gas station in Lowry City, and made a traffic stop on Miles for an equipment violation. Upon being stopped, he exited the vehicle and approached the deputy, in which the deputy noted the smell of alcohol coming from him. Miles submitted to a field sobriety test, which he did not pass, and refused a breathalyzer test.

Vanblaricon, Summer – On October 1, Summer Vanblaricon, 41, Sedalia, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Summer was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after St. Clair County deputies responded to a call for service in regards to a landlord/tenant issue involving Vanblaricon. Upon arrival, Vanblaricon stated that the landlord had only given her two hours to vacate the RV, and needed more time. The St. Clair County deputies noted Vanblaricon to be acting under the influence, and received verbal permission to search the RV. The search of the RV included finding a small plastic bag with a crystal substance inside, paraphernalia, and a small container of a green leafy substance. Vanblericon admitted the substances to be hers.

Kelley, Shawn – On October 3, Shawn Kelley, 28, Belton, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Misdemeanor warrant out of Cass County for domestic assault – 4th degree. Shawn was given an OR bond per Cass County and released with a court date.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle Shawn was a passenger in for multiple lane violations. Upon running the occupants of the vehicle through St. Clair County Dispatch, St. Clair County deputies were advised of Shawn’s extraditable warrant out of Cass County. Shawn was transported to the St. Clair County Jail where he was released by a Cass County court order.

Wingard, Deniene – On October 3, Deniene Wingard, 60, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D Felony Possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Wingard was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle Wingard was a passenger in for multiple lane violations. During a search of the vehicle, Wingard gave consent to search her purse. During a search of Wingard’s purse, a black glasses case was found to be containing a small plastic bag with white crystals inside, and a small glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. The white crystals inside of the small plastic bag tested positive for methamphetamine, and weighed 1.3 grams. Wingard admitted to the methamphetamine and pipe being hers.

Bradt, Dakota – On October 4, Dakota Bradt, 21, Humansville, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on two Polk County warrants including one for a Felony Resisting/interfering with arrest for a Felony, and a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Both warrants were on Capias bonds. (No bond)

Fuelling, Canaan – On October 5, Canaan Fuelling, 23, Kansas City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Misdemeanor Non-support warrant. Bond was set at $1,000 cash only.

Chamineak, Terry – On October 5, Terry Chamineak, 27, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D Felony Hindering Presecution of a Felony. Chamineak was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after St. Clair County deputies were notified of a disturbance in Osceola, and arrived to speak to the property owner, Tommy Goodman. Goodman noted that he had hired Terry Chamineak to install a toilet in the house over the weekend, and that Chamineak had failed to do so, so Goodman had to fire him. Goodman concluded by stating that he knew Wilson-Hardy had Polk County warrants and was inside of the house without his permission.

St. Clair County deputies spoke with Chamineak about the female, and he stated that he had dropped her off in Buffalo, Missouri. During a search of the house, Wilson-Hardy was discovered in the crawl space underneath the house. Wilson-Hardy stated that Chamineak knew about her hiding in the crawl space.

Collins, Dakota – On October 6, Dakota Collins, 25, Rockville, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a warrant for Failure to Appear Ordinance Driving While Suspended/Revoked. Bond was set at $187.50 cash only.

Self, Jonathan – On October 6, Jonathan Self, 34, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a warrant for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop on a blue Honda on B Highway for expired registration in which Jonathon Self was the driver of. Self denied consent to search the vehicle, and a K-9 unit was called to the location. The K-9 alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle a plastic bag containing a white powder residue and a broken glass pipe were found, both of which field tested positive for methamphetamine.

VanHolt, Terry – On October 7, Terry VanHolt, 46, Humansville, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on two warrants. One warrant was for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The second warrant was for a class C Felony tampering with a motor vehicle – 1st degree. Bond was set at $2,500 cash only each, for a total of $5,000 cash only.

Foster, David – On October 10, David Foster, 38, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a warrant for a Felony Domestic Assault-2nd Degree, Felony Tampering with a motor vehicle, and a Misdemeanor Property Damage -2nd Degree. The bond was set at $5,000 cash surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a call for service in regards to property damage and possible stolen vehicle. A St. Clair County deputy spoke with Tammy Gibbs out of Lowry City, and was informed that her boyfriend, David Foster, had assaulted her and stolen her vehicle. The vehicle was located approximately two blocks East of Tammy’s residence.

David Foster showed up at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office of his own regard, refused to step into the interview room to provide his side of the story, and resisted while being placed into custody.

Reynolds, Forrest – On October 10, Forrest Reynolds, 61, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a warrant for a Misdemeanor for Non-Support. Bond was set at $96.50 cash only.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a well being check on a male subject sitting on a guard rail near Lakeshore Drive. When the St. Clair County deputy made contact with the individual, later identified as Forrest Reynolds, the deputy noted a strong smell of alcohol coming from him. Reynolds was able to retrieve his license from his wallet, and upon the St. Clair County deputy contacting St. Clair County Dispatch, the deputy was advised of Reynolds having a warrant. Medics were called to check on Reynolds’s vitals and cleared him. Reynolds denied wanting to go to a hospital, and was transported to the jail.

Meredith, Kenda – On October 12, Kenda Meredith, 31, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on two warrants. The first warrant was for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a bond of $2,000 cash only. The second warrant was for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance and a Felony Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia -Amphetamine or Methamphetamine, with a bond of $2,000 cash only.

Troxel, Heidi – On October 16, Heidi Troxel, 31, Weaubleau, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance. Troxel was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle Troxel was driving, for multiple lane violations. Upon searching the vehicle via verbal permission by Troxel, a clear and red straw with a crystal-like residue inside, was located inside of her wallet. The substance inside of the straw field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Hunt, Phillip – On October 18, Phillip Hunt, 33, Weaubleau, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy made a traffic stop on a white Yukon on Highway 13 for a well being check requested by Hickory County Sheriff’s Office. Hickory County Sheriff’s Office stated that Phillip Hunt had held a gun to his head before leaving his residence, and was in a domestic disturbance with his parents. Upon the St. Clair County deputy making contact with Hunt, the deputy noted the odor of intoxicants emitting from him. Hunt then admitted to having a few glasses of wine and subsequently failed a field sobriety test. Hunt then submitted to a breathalyzer, in which he blew a 0.123.

Green, Brandi – On October 19, Brandi Green, 34, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Jackson County warrant for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance. The bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call for service in regard to a stolen vehicle out of Lowry City. Upon the deputy making contact with the reporting party, identified at that time as Brandi Green, who noted her blue 2003 Mustang Convertible was stolen right in front of the house she was residing at. Green stated that the keys were left inside of the vehicle, and the deputy took photographs of the skid marks in the dirt leading to the roadway, alongside a description of the vehicle.

The St. Clair County deputy checked with St. Clair County Dispatch in regards to the information of the reporting parties, and was informed of Green having a warrant out of Jackson County, Missouri.

Kelley, Shawn – On October 20, Shawn Kelley, 28, Belton, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a Class B Misdemeanor Property Damage 2nd Degree. Kelley was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest was made after a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call for service in Appleton City in regards to a disturbance. Upon arriving on scene, the reporting party, Dakota Goetz, noted that Kelley had made multiple verbal threats to her, ripped a plexiglass window off of a car door, and made advancements as if to harm her physically before leaving the property on foot.

The St. Clair County deputy located Kelley walking west on 52 Highway, and was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

Baker, Cory – On October 21, Cory Baker, 30, Deepwater, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Clay County warrant for Failing to Appear on the charges of Resisting Arrest/ Fleeing. No bond was set at that time.

Wilkins Kimmie.jpgWilkins, Kimmie – On October 22, Kimmie Wilkins, 55, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a warrant for a class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance. The bond was set at $7,500 cash or surety.

The arrest was made in the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Lobby.

Theft in Lowry City

On September 29, 2020, St. Clair County Sheriff’s office was contacted in regards to a theft at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City. An employee working there, Savannah Maxwell, reported that she had placed her Apple Watch on a desk located in the kitchen area. After her shift, she returned to collect it before going home, and noted that it was missing. It still has not been located. Approximate value of item stolen was $150.

Theft in Collins

On October 1, 2020, a St. Clair County deputy was called to service in regards to a missing firearm. Timothy Mulloy out of Collins stated that he had been in the hospital for for two weeks and had his friend collect his firearms in his absence. Mulloy stated that all of the firearms were accounted for aside from a Colt .38 Special. The firearm was valued at $800 and was registered as stolen.

Theft in Iconium

On October 9, 2020, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to NE 866 Road in regards to a theft. The deputy made contact with Marcia Collins who reported that upon arriving home the previous evening, she noted that several items were missing from her property, and that a storage unit on the property had been broken into. Photographs were taken alongside the report.

The items that were stolen were listed as a six foot tall black windmill, a red and yellow cement fire hydrant, two birdbaths, three ceramic ducks, a red Craftsman Tool Box, and a Dale Earnhardt metal sign. The total value of the property stolen was reported to be $805.

Theft in Lowry City

On October 17, 2020, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to 1st Street in Lowry City in regards to a stolen vehicle. The deputy made contact with Thelma Wheeldon, who stated that she had went out to her carport that morning and noted her motorcycle was missing. The motorcycle missing is a 2011 Suzuki sport bike that is white/black in color. Photographs of the bike were given to the deputy.

An investigation done in the area revealed a neighbor with information about a white male subject, approximately 20 years old, entering the carport and pushing the bike West down 1st Street.

Theft in Appleton City

On October 19, 2020, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to NW 750 Road in Appleton City in response to a possible burglary. The deputy made contact with Tamberla Cook who stated that she had left the state for approximately five days, and returned to note the South garage door was opened. After checking the boxes inside of the garage, Cook noted that titles to the a Jay Co trailer, a Ford Ranger, and a Ford Escape were stolen alongside $8,000.

Theft/Property Damage in Collins

On October 23, 2020, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to 54 Highway Storage in Collins in regards to a possible burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Rickey and Pamela Houston, the owners of 54 Highway Storage. Pamela stated that they had been contacted by a customer, October 21, in regards to the gate being opened.

Rickey and Pamela reported that three units had been broken into and the cameras on two buildings had been broken.

Theft on K Highway

On October 24, 2020, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to SW K Highway in regards to a burglary that had occurred. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Mildred Greenstreet, who reported that the door to her old single wide trailer had been kicked in.

Items missing include a large cooler unknown in color, multiple crochet books, a glass bowl, and multiple stand up plastic animals. The total value of the items taken is estimated to be at approximately $150.
