Text Caster

Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to happily announce a partnership with Text Caster! Text Caster is a free service for the community, and only sends information to your phone if you choose to sign up for it.

Arrests

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made six arrests and took multiple reports during the week of April 20th, 2021 through April 26th, 2021.

Donald, Jessica – On April 22nd, Jessica Donald, 33, Kansas, was arrested in Olathe for a Failure to Appear St. Clair County Warrant on an original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Jessica was transported to the St. Clair County Jail, and the bond was set at $5,000.00.

Foster, David – On April 22nd, David Foster, 38, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Clair County Warrant for a Felony charge of Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree, and a Felony charge of Armed Criminal Action. The bond was set at $50,000.00 cash only. The arrest was made when a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with David Foster and the victim, and the victim reported David striking him/her, choking him/her, and holding a knife to him/her.

Routh, John – On April 22nd, John Routh, 52, Weaubleau, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a Misdemeanor charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended – 2nd or 3rd Offense. John was booked and released, pending formal charges.

Miles, Boyd – On April 24th, Boyd Miles, 55, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Clair County Warrant for a Felony charge of Dwi – Habitual, and a Misdemeanor charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended – 2nd or 3rd Offense. The bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

Brown, Summer – On April 26th, Summer Brown, 33, Springfield, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, and a Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Summer was booked and released, pending formal charges.

Mack, Alonzo – On April 26th, Alonzo Mack, 39, Kansas City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Clair County Warrant for a Felony charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended. The bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

Damaged Property in Appleton City

On April 23rd, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to the Dollar General Store in Appleton City. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the store manager, who reported damage to the outside of the east side of the building, as though a small car had hit the building.
