Text Caster

Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 3 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of September 23th, 2022 through September 30th, 2022.

Lewis, Nathaniel- On September 25, 2022, Nathaniel, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on Domestic Assault 3rd Degree. Deputies were dispatched to a domestic assault. An investigation was conducted and Nathaniel was arrested pending formal charges.

Thomas, Viviana- On September 28, 2022, Viviana, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on Domestic Assault 3rd Degree. Deputies were dispatched to a domestic assault. An investigation was conducted and Viviana was arrested pending formal charges.

Rogers, Aaron-On September 28, 2022, Aaron, was arrested by St Clair County Deputies on a Platte County warrant for Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $306 cash only.

Deputies took 20 reports and multiple calls for service.
