Text Caster
Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.
Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications
We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 3 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of December 11th, 2022 through December 18th, 2022.
Daniels, Brandon- On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, Brandon was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of A Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of A controlled Substance. The bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety.
Daniels, Brandon- On Friday, December 17, 2022, Brandon was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Order of Protection Violation. Deputies got information that Brandon was in an area he was not suppose to be in. Brandon was later found and taken into custody pending formal charges.
Weaver, Raymond Jr.-On Friday, December 17, 2022, Raymond was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Driving while Revoked or Suspended 2nd or 3rd Offense. Deputies observed Raymond operating a vehicle and from prior contact knew his license was revoked. Raymond was arrested pending formal charges.

Arrests
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 5 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of December 19, 2022 through December 26th, 2022.
Weir, Nicole- On December 19, 2022, Nicole, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Non-support. The bond was set at $1,000 cash only.
Stroup, Debra- On December 19, 2022, Debra, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Assault 4th degree and Domestic Assault 4th degree. Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance; an investigation was conducted and Debra was arrested.
Keith, Cody- On December 20, 2022, Cody, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a Cedar County warrant for Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $350 cash only.
Greve, Ryan- On December 21, 2022, Ryan, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Domestic Assault 2nd degree. Deputies were dispatched to a domestic assault. An investigation was conducted and Ryan was arrested.
Gatske, Colton-On December 25, 2022, Colton, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a Henry County warrant for FTA Non Support, FTA Resisting arrest, FTA Non-Support, Probation Violation, receiving stolen property. The bond was set at $12,500 cash only. Colton is also pending formal charges for Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Unlawful possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
