Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of March 28, 2023 through April 3, 2023.

On March 28, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Shannon Greenwell at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Domestic Assault- 3rd Degree. His bond is set at $20,000 cash only.

On March 28, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call in Appleton City. Corey Caswell was arrested for domestic assault and transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

On March 28, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to SE 951 Rd for a call regarding sexual assault with a juvenile. Investigation is ongoing.

On March 29, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Breenah Redmond on South Bound Highway 13 and SE 400 Road on two warrants. He was arrested on his Lawrence County warrant for Failure to Appear on Family Offense. His bond for Lawrence County is $750 cash only. His second warrant was for Vernon County on Failure to Appear on Exceeded Posted Speed Limit. His bond for Vernon County is $120 cash only. He was transported to St. Clair County Jail.

On March 29, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to NW 1270 Rd and NW 1001 Rd in regards to drugs being found. Items were picked up and taken to the Sheriff’s Office and placed into evidence.

On March 29, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call from the juvenile office on an assault that occurred on 176 Pvt Rd. Information was taken and hotlined.

On March 29, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a report on SE 701 Rd regarding an animal complaint and threats being made. Subject did not want to pursue charges but wanted to get a report made.

On March 29, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to NE 450 Rd to a possible burglary. Items found were from a Clay County case from 2022. Items have been recovered for Clay County.

On March 30, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to NW Highway 52 in Appleton City for a trespassing call. Individuals were not located.

On March 30, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Kendal Langum at Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston, TX on a St. Clair County warrant on Probation Violation x4. His bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

On March 30, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies served a warrant to John Maddox at the St. Clair County jail on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond is set at $232.00 cash only.

On March 30, 2023- St. Clair County received a call for service at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to an ex-parte violation. Information taken.

On March 31, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Kirk Rios at Douglas County jail in Kansas on a St. Clair County warrant for Probation Violation of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. His bond was set at $5000 cash or surety.

On March 31, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call from Appleton City Schools in regards to a threat made to a student by a student. Incident was transferred to the Juvenile Office.

On March 31, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Connie Batzold on an ex-parte violation that was reported on March 30, 2023.

On March 31, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested John Rodrigues in Moberly, MO on a St. Clair County warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree and Possession of Burglary Tools. His bond was set at $5000 cash only.

On March 31, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to NE 951 Rd in Lowry City regarding a burglary. Photos were taken of the scene and investigation continues.

On April 1, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies engaged in a traffic stop for speeding on Highway 13. Driver Ledarien Burks was identified with a non valid driver’s license. Ledarien Burks was arrested on Clay County warrants for on charges of: Driving Revoked/suspended, bond $500.00 Cash Only; warrant on charges of: Driving while intoxicated, bond $2,500.00 Cash Only; warrant on charges of: Exceed speed limit 26 miles per hour or more, bond $500.00 Cash Only; warrant on charges of : Owner Operating Motor Vehicle without Financial responsibility, bond $350.00.  Ledarien was also given citations from St. Clair County Deputies for Speed 26 or greater over posted speed limit, and the other for Driving while Revoked/Suspended Class E- Felony.

On April 2, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Assault on SW Highway K. Deputies arrested Tristton Minehardt for domestic assault and transported him to St. Clair County jail.

On April 2, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to NE 1270 Rd for an uncontrollable juvenile. Case referred to Juvenile Offices and Child Services.

On April 2, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for service on the 600 block of Walnut Street in reference to a stolen gun. Gun was recovered and the owner was contacted.

On April 2, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Darrell Robison at the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrants for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, bond set at $10,000 cash surety, and Operating A Motor Vehicle in A Careless and Imprudent Manner- Involving an Accident, bond set at $2,500 cash surety.

On April 2, 2023-St. Clair County Deputies responded to the 500 block of N Hickory in Appleton City for a disturbance. Parties separated.

On April 3, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Osceola High School over threats being made. Juveniles were referred to the Juvenile Office.

On April 3, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to a Poplar Street in Appleton City in regards to a lock being cut on a storage unit. No items were taken from the unit.

On April 3, 2023-St Clair County Deputies received a call for service on NE 1031 Pvt Road in regards to stolen property. Item stolen was an old fire engine siren. Item was recovered and returned to the owner.
