Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of July 25, 2023 through July 31, 2023

July 25, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 460 Private Road in Osceola in regards to a check well-being. Subject was deceased. Next of kin notified.

July 25, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 200 Road in Osceola for a report of theft. Items stolen was a 12-gallon red gas tank and 3 quarts of gas.

July 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Chelsey Weant at Lakeland High School Dr on multiple warrants on charges of Failure to Provide Insurance, Failure to Secure Child <8 years old, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Intoxicated, and Domestic-4th Degree. Bond set at $744.50 cash only and $15,000 cash surety.

July 27, 2023- St. Clair County deputies with the assistance of Osceola Police Department executed a search warrant on Northeast 175 Road for subject Brandon Wood. Subject was wanted on two active warrants. Brandon Wood was apprehended. He is being held on No Bond warrants.

July 28, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 700 Road in Osceola in regards to a runaway juvenile. Report taken and entered into State database.

July 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Ohio Street in Appleton City for a report of property damage. Investigation is ongoing.

July 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Thomas Simms on a Bates County warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond set at $1,000 cash surety.

July 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast CC Highway in Osceola in regards to a domestic assault. St. Clair County deputies arrested Earl Jarvis for Domestic Assault- 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action. He is being held on a No Bond warrant.

July 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast North Sugar Maple in Roscoe for a report of animal complaint. Victims dog was shot. Investigation is ongoing.

July 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 1300 Road in Humansville in reference to a stolen license plate. License plate bears Missouri registration 06K7MM. Plate has been entered into the nationwide database as a stolen plate.

July 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Warsaw Road in Osceola to assist with a medical call. Subject was deceased upon deputies arriving. Family was notified.

July 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies executed a search warrant on WW Highway in Osceola. Two subjects were arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
