This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 1, 2023 through August 7, 2023

August 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to 13 Highway and Lakeland School for a report of an abandoned motorcycle. Blue Kawasaki ZZR600 was towed and El Dorado Kansas Police Department contacted to see if they could locate owner.

August 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Heath Maxwell at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant for charges of Receiving Stolen Property. Bond is $7,500 cash surety.

August 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies initiated a traffic stop on Northbound 13 south of 82 Highway. After a short altercation the stop resulted in an arrest of Danielle King for a warrant for Failure to Appear. Danielle is being charged with Resisting/Interfering with Arrest, Detention, or Stop and Assault-3rd Degree-Special Victim. Bond on warrant for Failure to Appear is $300 cash only.

August 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Krista Myers at the Chillicothe Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Resisting Arrest. Bond is $5,000 cash or surety.

August 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest B Highway for a report of scamming. Informational report taken.

August 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Gloria Robinson at the Greene County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.

August 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 53 Private Road for a report of trespassing. Report taken.

August 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Mickey Self at the St. Clair County Jail on charges of Rape-2nd Degree, and two counts of Statutory Sodomy- 2nd Degree. Bond is $50,000 cash only.

August 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Warsaw Road in Osceola for a report of theft. Item stolen was a Black and Blue Kawaski motorcycle. Report taken. Investigation ongoing.

August 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 7th Street in Lowry City for a check well-being. Subject was well and happy.

August 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Jerry Nance at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office for St. Clair County warrant on charges of Endangering Welfare of Child- 1st Degree. Bond is $15,000 cash surety.

August 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies executed a warrant arrest on Ryan Greve for Assault-3rd Degree, no bond. After a short altercation, Ryan was apprehended and taken into custody. Ryan is being charged with Assault 1st Degree or Attempt- Serious Physical Injury or Special Victim, Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for a Felony, Unlawful Possession, Transport, Manufacture, Repair or Sale of Illegal Weapon.

August 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Holly Street in Appleton for a report of a vehicle stolen. Vehicle was recovered in Bates County with assistance from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

August 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Holly Street in Appleton for a report of theft. Item stolen was an Xbox. Report taken.

August 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Melissa Stewart at St. Clair County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Stealing- $750 of More. Bond is $3,500 cash surety.

August 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Blaine Street in Lowry City for a report of theft. Items stolen was a brown leather wallet and prescription medication. Report was taken.

August 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 364 Road in Osceola in regards to found property. The item was taken and put into a temp locker for an order of destruction.

August 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 451 Road in Osceola in regards to a burglary in progress. Ethan Maus was arrested for Trespassing- 1st Degree.

August 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested James Landis at the St. Clair County Jail on a Clinton PD warrant for Failure to Appear on Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Bond is $225 cash only.

August 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Benjamin Balthrope in Appleton City on a Parole Violation warrant. He is being held on a no bond warrant.

August 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 13 Highway in regards to an abandoned vehicle. Vehicle was a Gray 2005 Nissan Murrano was in the median blocking the exit. Vehicle was towed.

August 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 161 Private Road in Osceola in regards to harassment. Report was taken.

August 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 700 Road in Lowry City for a report of a structure fire.

August 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Chad Bressman on Northeast 700 Road on a Faulkner County Arkansas warrant. Bond is $8,000 cash surety.

August 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 800 Road and 13 Highway for a report of found property. Items found was 4-wheeler, shovel, and 5-foot length 4×4. Items were removed from 13 Highway and 4-wheeler was towed.

August 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested David Deaton at the St. Clair County Jail on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear on DWI Drug Intoxication. Bond is $300 cash only.

August 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Craig Hugunin at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a Henry County warrant for Harassment- 1st Degree. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.

August 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest K Highway in reference to trespassing. Report was taken.
